Pavel Trnka (*1981) is an artist whose work is based on drawing and painting. Since 2008, he has been an assistant professor of Drawing and Painting at the Ladislav Sutnar Faculty of Design and Art at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. His work is characterized by large-format angular drawings depicting various forms of landscape. He finds inspiration in classical Chinese landscape art and philosophy. He has had his studio in Pragovka since 2016.
