We’re serving up the eighth edition of the Summer Cinema at Pragovka – this time under the overarching theme of “resources.”
This year, open-air screenings will take place every Tuesday after dark in the second bay of the newly renovated E Factory building. Admission is free (voluntary contributions are welcome). Until the screening begins, you are welcome to visit Pragovka Gallery and Factory Kafe during extended opening hours.
On August 12, we invite you to a film evening in collaboration with the Bardzo fajný festival.
The curated selection showcases highlights from the Bardzo fajný festival – a festival of fresh Polish culture that focuses on Czech-Polish cultural collaboration and has long promoted Polish culture in the Czech Republic. This year, we present two films: the documentary Simona, which explores the life of Białowieża Forest protector Simona Kossak, followed by the short fiction film Být někým, a humorous take on what happens when you discover that your apartment was once home to President Lech Wałęsa.
